MTN phone me 3mnths ago for a laptop kite according my affordbility we did on the phone an the salesman told me all about the sales item so I told him I must first talk to my fiance he must phone me back in a half an hour so my fiance answer the phone ask him about the deal so we both agree on to pay R280 per mnth 4 the laptop en modem and the modem is a 2gig the first payment will be in june but they didn't deduct an in july also didn't deduct the money out of my bank so I ask a bankstatement an on the statement says I own them R2500 omw we agree on a top up contract an the salesman did take out a open contract that I didn't now of cause we took out the top up one an not a open one an I phone them to lay a complain I'm still waiting on the phone call cause they will phone me back it almost 2weeks and I'm still waiting that salesman did have the right to do this to me cause I want MTN to go back to they recordings an listen cause I'm not gonna pay that money it is that salesman prob really I hate MTN bad service! in july I'm on the phone but no luck hope you can help me please!
