Was in the market for another car, mailed and spoke to Akoo Yakoob who promised me he would get back to me with regards to a new car, in fact he even promised me he would put me in a new car, untill today, no phone call, no mail after so many promises (typical salesman talk),
As soon as a salesman hears a client's application is going to be too much work they don't bother in phoning the client back, communication lacks here, and this I refer to Akoo, why must the client keep on phoning for feedback, when we don't phone no feedback is given, not even a phone call to say "I'll let you know when I have something for you."
They very quick when the application is easy and can score them a quick deal, POOR POOR service from BMW, Akoo you represent the BMW brand very well...!!
