No-one knows what is going on

I have had a contract with MTN for what must be 12 years. They make a lot of money out of me. My account bills to my business. My contract expired 4 months ago. I went to the above two outlets to get a new phone. Each has totally different requirements with respect to my and my business partner's IDs, bank statements, letters on letterheads etc. I want a Samsung S4 upgrade. Nobody has one. The Constantia branch promises to call me 'either today or tomorrow' when they arrive. They dont. So I call them and the salesman laughs at me saying there was no way these were coming in. I go to Kenilworth store. The salesman says I have to wait until at least the end of the week and there is a waiting list. I ask to go on the waiting list he says I cant. I then say I will take a Sony phone instead. The salesman then tells me that I need more paperwork - including the drivers license of my business partner. Driver's license?!! Guys, I am trying to run a business - my old handset has broken and I am without a phone at present. these guys have wasted my time and I am no closer to renewing my contract. This reminds me why I put off the renewal in the first place. All to give MTN more of my money!!
