Poor service towards pensione

On 28 October 2013 my mother went to vodashop in the avenues in Springs. She wasnted to change a prepaid number over to one of the numbers on her account. The salesman said he coulndt do a sim swap an didnt bother toi tell her that she can stop the prepaid and just go on on the contract number. He gave her another new contract. When she got home eith the phone I explained to her that its was a new contract and that she now has yet another contract on her name. She is a pensioner who earns R3000 per month and the salesman just gave her another contract taking her monthly amount up to R699. I went back to the shop with her the following day. They took the phone back and told her they will get back to her and tell her if they can cancell the contract. Two days went by without a word. She went back again then they told her the contract couldnt be cancelled. She phoned head ofiice who said it can be done. She went back again and now after she paid about three installmensts on the contract wich she has no phone for all the other lines were cut off because they told her toe cancell the debit order and start a new one. Its been 3 months and nothing has been done.now her phone is off
