INCORRECT ITC LISTING

On 23/082013 i sent a request through and got a call back on monday 26/08/2013 as I did send to Virgin Gym and spoke to Trace-Lee who advised that the query would be sent to the correct department. To date no correspondence received since I had to wait over 2 and a half years for a simple recon statement I still query the legitamacy of my ITC listing as I queried my bill in February 2011.I did query this with the NCR and they have confirmed that the company is suppose to first sort out the query before listing me on ITC.aS YOU WILL SEE I PAID THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R800.00 as requested the line was then unsuspended and in February 2011 a payment of R200 was required which I then paid but then i got told there was an outstanding amount, so please advise why was the line unsuspended after paying the R800.00 then the next month suspended and told there is an amount outstanding and having to wait 2 and a half years for a recon statement.
