I took my daughter to the doctor on tuesday 05/03/2013. They told me our medical aid was suspended. In january you tried to take too much off our account so it did not go through even after we sent all the required documents. Then in february you deducted the correct amount off our bank account. Then i recieved a message that you deducted double this month because you werent paid in january. Now we have paid january, february and march yet we suspended. This is not the first time we sit with this problem. I phoned the call centre to try and found out what is going on, only to be told we have not paid. If this is the case then I would rather you reimburse me the money you took and then I will find another medical aid. I have not recieved me new bank statement but i do have februarys statement as proof of the first payment taken for the year.
