I HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH MBD

I'm under debtreview since 2009.I had an agreement with mbd to decduct R600 a month from my account on the 13/12/2011 i received a statement from my debtcounsellor. I saw on the statement that they also paid INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS. I wrote a letter to MBD quering the outstanding amount I also phoned them according to them they never received the money from the debtreviewer or NDPA according to them it was paid into the wrong account. They froze the account to recon it i send numerous email, faxes and made numerous calls. Even thet debtcounsellor called and send email to them. Two days ago i got a new statement money was paid for INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS still no recon of the account from MBD. In December 2012 somebody phoned me from mbd demanding money after such a long time. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL .PLEASE HELP ME
