Poor communication and wrongful debit

22nd January my account was suspended due to non-payment. MTN told me I owe R410. I paid it & my account was activated.
27th January MTN suspended my account again. I DM the twitter account for MTN &they told me I am behind a payment of R399. Which could not be as I just paid R410 & have not reached my next debit order date.
I went to MTN on the 30th of January. Was told to call 808. I called them &was informed that my account is up to date &she re activated my phone line.
Later that afternoon on the 30th I received an sms telling me that my account will be debited for R809.3999999999999800 on the 1st of February.
I phoned the 808 number immediately. I spoke to a man and was told it is an error. He assured me that my account is up to date & that I don't owe anything.
On the 1st of February mtn took a debit order of R809 from me. on immediate query from mtn 808 number I was told that a query will be logged. (logged 12:44 on 1february 2014 on 808 number : 108 7999 16)
On the 1st of February ONLY R399 was due per my normal debit order. I was only one month behind & that money I paid on the 22nd which was R410, so why did MTN take R410 extra? I want that money refunded in full
