When I upgraded from my Blackberry to Iphone in 2012 (May) I have been paying for Black Berry Internet services which I obviously did not require. With my upgrade it was requested to stop this service. I have been several times at vodacom Brits Mall during the last couple of weeks to lodge a query to solve this issue. Vodacom owe me /- R1400 up to now and are still deducting the BIS every month. I have lodged queries at Vodacom customer services; Brits Mall (All Personel Branch Manager), but nobody has contacted me yet in regards with this matter. As a Platinum Memeber I would have expected a much better response. I am fed-up and need some answers right away why they are so incompetant or I am number 1000 in the line with problems???
