Wednesday 15h00 I entered the store to purchase a cover for my Samsung Mini. Chose a black cover and paid by credit card. Customer next to me card declined and informed speed point has been faulty. My transaction also declined and I am told this is the 3rd speed point in the last week to be replaced and the R.M. IS aware of their problem. Transaction tried again and declined. I ask to have the Regional Manager called. Salesperson Jerome (not sure if this is his real name???) re-boots the speed point and we try again. DECLINED. Again I ask for the R.M. I am told he is not available! I ask Jerome for the name and contact number of the R.M. REFUSED to give me the info--NOT ALLOWED TO he says and walks off. R599.00 SALE LOST--SHAREHOLDERS WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH THIS!
