Nashua Mobile-Cell C Contract

I have upgraded a two year Cell C BB straight up 100 contract with Nashua taken in December 2012/January 2013 not too sure about the date. The only reason that I took this contract was because of the unlimited BIS etc.
On the 14th August I got an SMS "Dear Nashua Mobile Customer: To help ensure that all customers have a fair and equal use of the Blackberry service and to prevent improper or excessive usage, Cell C is updating its Blackberry fair usage policy. with effect from 19th August,
you will receive 1GB DATA for Blackberry usage every month" etc. It is not fair to ME, so if Cell C has an option of changing it's "Fair usage policy" then I should be given an option to cancell or change the contract as well. It is ridiculous for them to notify me via SMS a few days before.

I would like to know whether I should seek legal action? I called Nashua Mobile for a copy of the contract to see where it states that they can change the terms, they asked me to go to a branch as the contract was done over the phone.
