My husband lost his work and I need to downgrade my cell phone contract but Autopage said I must wait my contract must be older then 1 year..I waited for the 1 year to past but they still said can they can not help me.
My last upgrade date was 02/05/2012 as per contract... I do not want to cancel this contract just downgrade.
