When I signed for my Cell C contract with Blackberry it had unlimited usage on the Internet. I received an SMS yesterday to inform me that it will now be limited to 1GB per month thereafter 15c/MB (fair usage policy)
You are in breach of the original contract and have no right to change the terms and conditions of the original contract.
With you in breach of contract, we should have the right to cancel our contract free of charge.
Also, it is quite frustrating to be put on hold for 15min whilst speaking to a consultant about this issue.
