Ongoing Telkom Dispute

I have an ongoing dispute with Telkom over a business line in Merrivale, KZN. I left for Cyprus in Dec 2009 and Handed in a Letter to Telkom in Hilton Telkom shop to cancel.

It appears the line was never cancelled and it continued to be used until Dec 2011. The bills appear to be paid until the very last one, which was not.

I have raised disputes with a number of collection agencies but for whatever reason it never gets resolved and it gets moved to another agency.

I have sent a copy of the cancellation letter, a copy of my lease in cyprus, even a copy of my hospital report as I had c ancer in Cyprus and even offered to share the relevant pages of my passport and it seems that Telkom are unable to simply admit that they never cancelled the line.

I have no idea what to do with this. The bill is small but its simply not my bill.
