To quote the response from my last report (i, e my 4th report)

I realize that laziness and incompetence is a common occurrence in the work place in South Africa. But wow, do you people sitting behind your computers scratching your bums take it to an entirely new level. Are you actually kidding me with these responses followed up by literally NOTHING.

You are actually taking the word pathetic to an entirely new level. Do not apologize in the next response, give me the names of the disgusting filth who makes these responses so I can take it up at the head office. You are seriously a joke. Get a new job if this is how you conduct yourselves on the job. Obviously Cell C doesn't take HelloPeter reports seriously else I would already have some high up manager calling me. But since no one even bothers to call it's evidence of a complete disregard to their customers and service.
