USELESS TELKOM UP TO NO GOOD AGAIN

I have log in a fault a week ago, to this day (20 August) I still don't have internet at my house. I have phone telkom many times asking about the progress on my line and they cant tell me when it will be repaired. They are quick to cut your line when u miss payment, but take their time to repair the line. I am shock about the standards of service delivery by this company!!
