I HAVE SIGNED IN A TWO 24 MONTH CONTRACTS WITH AUTOPAGE AND I HAVE NOT DEFAULTED IN ANY OF MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS.TO MY DEMISE AFTER THE 24 MONTH I EXPECTED THE CONTRACT TO FALL AWAY BUT I AM STILL BEING BILLED (AFTER 24 MONTHS) THE STORE DID NOT INFORM ME THE I NEED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT MYSELF UNITL THE 10TH AUGUST 2013 I HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER OF CANCELATION BUT HAVE NOT RECIEVED TILL DATE ANY CONFIRMATION ON THE TERMINATION IF THE CONTRACT (SO THIS MEANS I MUST STILL MAKE PAYMENT FOR SOMRTHING I DONT WANT) & THE SECOND CONTRACT, MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION INCREASED FROM R90 TO R387.THEY HAVE ADDED ON EXTRA PACKAGES WHICH I HAVE NOT VERBALLY OR SIGNED A WRITTEN AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT ALL THESE UNNESSARY CHARGES.MONEY IS JUST BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT, WHICH I HAD SAVED UP FOR HOUSEHOLD RATES.PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS I DO NOT HAVE THE FINANCES TO CONTINUE PAYING
