Shocking Service and False Promises

I was contacted by one of their representatives (Zameer Khan tel.031 327-3290) in April 2013 in connection with a new contract on the Samsung Galaxy S4 for R118 per month. He said I was already pre-approved and that I should expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days. On the 16/5/2013 I received an sms to say that there will be a slight delay in delivery and that R50 worth of airtime will be loaded onto my account for the inconvenience. I haven't heard another word from anyone nor can I get through on this number or their 0741000123 number. Eventually I got hold of Customer Services at their Head Office and they assured me that my order was on the system and it was now with their couriers and I should just be patient as they had a back log. It is now 4 months later and still nothing??? Clearly Virgin Mobile is not the way to go, i'm sure that the other providers will be more than willing to help me!
