I called in to Vodacom to stop my account (R50) as it was deducted for a year longer that the contract I went on with them. They agreed that they did that. I received a reference number to.
A week later I got an SMS notifying me that I have requested to migrate for a R75 Vodago and will be deducted on the end of month.
I have news for them I have close that bank account.
It is grossly unethical for them to do so as they just deduct and deduct. It is a small amount. But it adds up.
If this do not stop I am going to take it to the news paper Now!
