At the beginning of December I requested an upgrade and the handset was delivered the next day! I wasn't happy with the phone and was told that I have 14 days in which I could cancel the upgrade. I requested the cancellation on the 13th of December. Vodacom can only reverse the upgrade processed once they have the handset in their possession. Its the 20th of January I'm still waiting for them to send their couriers to collect. Numerous calls to the upgrades department 082 1959 always give the same answer "we've submitted a service request"!! They seem in no hurry to collect the handset! How complicated is it to arrange for your courier company to collect when they had no problem with delivering the phone THE very NEXT DAY!!!?? What's the delay??? Not even talking to supervisors has solved the problem!
