NO FEEDBACK COMPLAINT OUTSTANDING 90 DAYS

This complaint has formally been outstanding as from the 21st of July 2013. Sandros in the escalation department is absolutely useless and only seems competant in emailing clients and stating that he cannot get hold of them. In the interim complaints get swept under the carpet, forgotten and blatantly ignored. Network personell have no idea what it means to provide feedback and or resolve ongoing and confirmed network issues in the Table View (Cape Town) area.
