Cellc now blatantly lying to me

After cellc retentions department agreed to cancel my contract due to me not being able to make calls and receive calls because of their up network issues they have. They've now to me and changed their story. They now say they need to do a network investigation and also that i must pay a cancellation fee. I logged many calls and haven't heard a thing. (Maybe they can't get hold of me on their own useless network). So now i have to sit and wait for them without any service.
I've been told different stories by different people and now all of a sudden they have to investigate. I have the call reference numbers and I have asked them to pull the recordings. Not only do they not a cellular service they also blatantly lie. If anyone is considering cellc because of their prices, PLEASE DON'T DO IT, it's not worth the money saved. I urge you to google cellc network issues and check the mybroadband forums. The internet is flooded with complaints about cellc and their network. The call center agent even told me they are getting 100's of calls for cancellations, that's probably why it take 30 mins to get through. You get tied in to a 1 sided contract! U pay but you get no service
