My complaints logged on HelloPeter on 16 May and 18 July refer.
Whilst CellC has been very quick in responding on this website with a meaningless "... Your query has been escalated..." rubbish, nothing has been done to resolve the following :
1. Point 1 of the compliant logged on 16 May. Points 2 and 3 have been resolved after a lot of back and forth.
2. The network complaint dated 18 July had me filling in forms etc and absolutely no feedback.
Only 19 months of my contract left... the only reason that anyone can generally get through to me is that I am, although a CellC customer, generally on the Vodacom network as it at least works!
