I cannot express sufficient disgust to illustrate the pathetic service delivered by Cell C. I work in the centre of Cape Town and my 3G connection is fine until about mid-morning when it slows down to a crawl by mid-day. If I return home and use the same 3G connection via a different tower, it is fine. There is clearly a network load issue in the city.
Having twice completed and returned a form to the network section I have still to hear that anything is being done to resolve my problem. The customer call centre is useless, useless, useless. You can never get any escalation - at best an undertaking to send the network guys an email asking them to contact me. AND THEY NEVER DO.
