HI I BOUGHT A CONTRACT PHONE 2 YEARS AGO N THE CONTRACT WAS SURPORSE TO END ON 31 JULY 2013 AND TILL NOW THE CONTRACT ITS STILL ON WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NEAREST SHOP TO OPEN A CASE AND I DID ON THE 21 JUNE AND THE CASE NO, IS 6254714 AND WHEN I CALL TO FIND OUT HOW FAR ARE THEY THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT 21 DAYS AND I DID CALL AGAIN ON THE 31 JULY 2013 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED BUT ALL TO FIND OUT ON 1 AUGUST THE CONTRACT ITS STILL ON AND I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT HOW CAN THE DO THAT THEY TOLD ME NOT TO USE ANYTHING THAT COME WITH THE CONTRACT THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK AND THEY DID NOT AND ON 14 AUGUST I DID CALL AGAIN AND THEY JUST TOLD ME TO LOG A CASE AGAIN AND DID AN THIS IS THE SECOND CASE NO. 6571472 AND WHEN I CALL THEM ON THE 19 AUGUST 2013 THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY CONTRACT CUASE ITS STILL ACTIVATED SO I NEED TO KNEW WHOSE FAULTY IS THAT 1 IS ME OR IS THEM WITH A BAD SERVICE.
