I logged 2 complaints regarding the terrible reception of CellC signal and inability to make or recieve a phone call irrespective of my 2 x iphone5 displaying 3G full signal strengh on 2nd July 2013. It has been 9 days since I recieved the SMS of reference number for my complaints. I've recieved no feedback via SMS or a phone call from Cell C. The problems that I complaint still exists and this is very terrible as I have 2 good mobile phones but could not even make or recieve a basic phone call, let alone, download data via Cell C network! My reference numbers are: 3070204031 and 3070204039. This morning I called 140 to follow up on these issues and was given another technica reference of SD117188 and before I could finish the conversation with the consultant (Mtuthuko), the call was dropped. I did not even get a chance to escalate my 2nd cellphone complaint with its reference number.
Please could someone from Cell C attend to my complaints. I am really regretful about signing Cell C contracts as the services and telecommunication network are very terrible compared to other service provders.
