I did an upgrade in middle of December which I later cancelled early Jan due to them being out of stock. The cancellation of the upgrade went through after I've called them the 2nd time.
My invoice for Jan shows that I've been on this upgrade since December, which I've specifically asked to be active from January.
On the 7th Jan 2014 I've asked them to credit me accordingly as they were charging me for a device which I've cancelled. Reference Nr A1401071217. After a follow up I've been advised it will take 48 hours, the they told me 7 to 14 working days.
I'm still waiting... when trying to follow up they have to escalate the call... it seems that if is escalated you are waiting even longer...
