Still waiting feedback or call back

I am still waiting for feedback after my last complain on the 10th.
I received a call explained the problem again, I was promised that the issue will be resolved and I will be called back within the day...
Its just over a week and I am still waiting???

Common Cell C admit that you cant resolve my issue and have all 3 of my contracts cancelled.
