I was the victim of a by Summermobile - a girl called Mandy phoned me on 01.11.12 and asked me if I would like an upgrade to my MTN contract. I agreed to take 2 handsets and a new contract which were all going to be delivered on the 07.11.12. Since then I have written to Lawrence Johnson on several occasions, another girl called Mishka van Wyk who wanted to sort out my query and then went on holiday, then a manager called Jessie. They all are incapable of delivering the handsets and contract. I have written to MTN on numerous occasions, posted here on hellopeter, even gone to their offices. They are absolutely and utterly useless at service delivery. They write a few mails, and then nothing happens. The one thing they managed however, was to start deducting money from my account as of the 05.11.12. It is now almost 3 months later, and they have still not managed to do anything. Now they don't answer their phones, they don't answer e-mails, they just keep on deducting the money and don't deliver.
