Illed for upgrade without being informed

An agent phoned me from summer mobile on behalf of MTN and her name was waseema, informing me that i was due for an upgrade, she never informed me that i will be charged R105 for an upgrade, now to my surprise at the end of the month i saw that i was charged R163 by MTN, whereas my bill was supposed to be R59. i phoned MTN asking why i was charged so much and they said it was an upgrade fee, I HAVE 3 CELLPHONES ALREADY, IF I KNEW I WILL BE CHARGED AN UPGRADE FEE I WOULDN'T HAVE CONTINUED WITH THE CONTRACT.then MTN told me to call SUMMER MOBILE as i had told them i wanted to cancel, summer mobile then responded to say YES THE AGENT NEVER INFORMED ME OF THE FEE, they said they will escalate.i keep on sending emails to them and they do no respond. I WANT THIS UPGRADE CANCELLED AS I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I WILL BE CHARGED! I was told my MTN that i need to request SUMMER MOBILE TO CANCEL. I WANT THIS STUPID CONTRACT CANCELLED!!!
