I UPGRADED WIT YOU ON THE 26TH OF FEB AND CANCELLED ON THE 27TH OF FEB I EVEN REJECTED THE PHONE THE 1ST MARCH AND SENT IT BACK GOT A REF NO.OF5142530 FOR RETURNING IT.
I'VE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH TENITA SHE NEVA RETURNS MY CALLS I MUS ALWAYS PHONE UNTIL I GET HOLD OF HER IT'S PATHETIC AND FRUSTRATING.I PHONED MTN THE 18TH OF MARCH AND WAS TOLD UPGRADE WAS CANCELLED AND THIS MORNING I GET A EMAIL FROM MTN WHERE THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR A UPGRADE I DON'T HAVE.
I JUS SPOKE TO KAGISO AT MTN HE TELLS ME SUMMER MOBILE MUST STILL REVERSE/CANCELL THE UPGRADE OR THE BILLING ON THEIR SIDE .HE SENT SUMMER MOBILE A EMAIL NOW.I WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 24HOURS TO HEAR IF EVERYTHING IN ORDER.
I WAS TOLD BY TENITA IT WOULD BE SORTED WAY BEFORE MONTH END AND NO CHARGES WILL GO OFF.
IM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND AGGRIVATED FRANKLY IM LIVID... I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER IF I GET BILLED FOR SUMTIN I DON'T HAVE.
