I had a cheque acc I never used and it incurred some charges. Nedbank could not tell me what is the referrence used for when the debitted for that cheque account. I then stopped the debit order. I called in this morning to query a an amount that went off from my account and I wad told that I had made an arrangement with them in June to pay what was left off. I asked why they did nt debit in June and July?! All I got was If I arrange with them I should make sure that I pay. First of all I neva arranged to pay via debit order dor the outstanding amount. They went into my account and took money at the day they pleased to do so. What if there was no other money left... then what?! Nedbank does not even care about that. All I want is my money back and I will pay them whatever It is I owe them and move my account somewhere else. My mzansi account has never had any problems before. But they are useless when it cones to backing up their stories and THEY WILL DEBIT AT A DATE SUITABLE FOR THEM.Their staff are incompetant and give out false information and they are too quick to put toy through to the next consultant or departmentI was not properly informed about this debit order and they didn't call me.
