I have checked with the National Consumer Council and am well within my right to cancel my contracts due to false promises and lack of delivery on them, so please contact me with regards to this. I think compared to Vodacom, MTN and 8Ta you are a disgusting network who does not care about its customers at all because you sure got enough complaints and still decided to ignore your customers unhappiness. In fact you are no better than E Toll, forcing your decisions on your unwilling "victims" So much for punting BB as the phone to "have" for "unlimited access to your social media" what a joke!
I for one will move as soon as my contracts are cancelled and I hope many many others follow suit, would serve you right to lose a huge chunk of your customer base!
