Good day,
I am a very unhappy client.
Received my bill today - amount outstanding R1302.80 - getting billed for 2months in advance according to virgin mobile.
I paid R253.00 on 19/6/13 - still got billed for this amount.
No statement received for June 2013.
Was on the new contract in July, paid R400.00 and no I get billed for 2 months in advance July and August.
My statement said I had a usage of R133.15 exc vat - I did not go over this limit, no detailed statement received - explain this please.
I logged a complained end of june about my problems with virgin, customer care phoned me, said they would get back to me, still awaiting feedback.
Been a customer for last 4 years and this is how you get treated?!?! Is this fair?!?!
I await feedback ASAP and if I get billed for this whole amount and of august.
Nandipha did not explain any in advance billing to me, told me the renewal fee will be credited, I had to go to menlyn to get my micro sim, my expence, no refund on this and I told customer service, still no feedback.
UNHAPPY CLIENT X 200000000000!!!
