Cancelled account in May and still being charged e

I cancelled my account with virgin in May and every month this amount is still coming off my account. This is rediculous and unfair. When i call in i eventually speak to someone and then either get cut off or the phone just rings. Called again today and spoke to a loliso or something and he told me to hold and and i eventually put the phone down. I would like a refund on every month and the account should not even be going off this month.
