RUDE ATTITUDE AND NO HELP

I am part of Virgin Active through Vitality programme. My acount went into arrears at the begining of the year. I called Virgin Active to make an arrangement to pay up these arrears. I spoke to Mariam whom made an arrangement with me for the outstanding amount. So 2 debits were going through every month. With NO warning they cancelled my account after still owing R100 saying they did this because they sent me a final demand (after we actually had an arragement ) - why send me a final demand if I have been paying what we agreed on. They with no warning cancelled my gym contract and stoped debiting my account. It would have taken 1 more debit as agreed to get back on top of the account. After speaking to Mariam today, asking her why and what happened, She was deadly rude to me, wouldnt let me speak. Said to me agg i should have called her a month ago. She is not willing to help me and not willing to answer why this happened if we had an agreement, she WOULD NOT let me talk. She kept interupting me and eventually put the phone dowm on me, I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she would put me through then put the phone down on me delibritly!!
