I Got a contract from 8ta in Jan 2012. First they wanted to offer me 2 contract at once, Then the Phone was send back several times due to a falty cellphone and charger, a year after they offered me a unlimited line. After this agreement, they offered me another line. These sales consultants only want your money, but once you agree you'll be bound to this provider. Feb this year I've upgraded to a unlimited line, and my first hidden payment were R3159- in stead of R1199- On june my debit order was send back, and 8ta replied with a sms to say a double Debit will go of on 31/07/2013. On the 25th of july my line was already cut without notice. I phoned them, they referred me to New debt and new debt refurred ma back to 8ta. i have spoken to atleast 15 people. All they said was, you have singned a contract and need to pay a sudden amount of R3951- I have Tried to make a payment but New debt deducted another R1550- from my account. 8ta Responded with a pay another R3951- Before we open the line. Now they wanted R5501- and in this month on the 25th i have to pay another R1200- Which I have only used 45 days of my line. On saturday my line was erased. This is cleary misuse of authority.
