More Customers, Less Internet!

I have contract with Telkom mobile since June 2013, using their internet bundle 15 G/month package.

I have notice the last two months that the internet is extremely slow, hardly getting my e-mails and downloading files. It used to be fine and I was very happy until now.

The technician at call centre just informed me that the line becomes slow as more people uses the line. In other words the more customers they get, the slower the line speed will be (because more customers = more people using the line=less available for you to use) and the less service and value for money you'll get.

Now way you can get out of a 2 year contract. Great job Telkom for customers (again)!
