My phone was due for upgrade. I was being harassed up to 4 times a day over the telephone to upgrade. After a previous experience over the phone with the same company that resulted in me getting a contract I did not want, I did not want to do business this way again. On Sunday the 18th I decided to go into the George branch and get help over the counter. Cheswin assisted me and also pointed out to me that my current contract had 553 mins still on it. This I did not know as I was not aware of the current conditions of the current contract. He also after listening to my needs helped me with my upgrade which resulted in my account being reduced by half. Well done Cheswin, you made me a very happy customer.
