I HATE mtn. the stuff they have done to me is beyond!! I will never, ever have anything to do with them to safe my life. People really need to know what they are about. All they know how to do is to bill people and take their money. I don't even have a contract with them, cancelled it within my 10 days, because they sent me a laptop that wasn't working and a cell phone. just to cancel it was a pain, they didn't want to pick up the package, I had to take it back myself and no store wanted to take it, I had to act like a mad women in the store and tell them I am not going back with it for them to take it. they started billing me and debiting money from my account. I have called them a millions of times and they still taking my money and giving me stupid reference numbers. I am sick and tired of this stupid company. they are sending me letter that state they will take me to their lawyers if I don't pay. I had to revise the money into my account, twice already, I don't have the time and the energy for this. I WANT MY MONEY!! I think these things need to be televise and people should see them for who they are. I am about to take MTN to speak out, SABC 2. I suggest they watch.
