Absolutely horrific service, the worst I have eve

I guess it started with the purchase of an MTN modem at MTN Greenstone, a 35 minute wait, I did end up purchasing a modem from Dimitri without SIM card as I already had one, he destroyed the SIM card and wrote on the invoice "purchased without SIM.
As I was advised by my companies IT Team that the MTN SIM would not work in our company environment I tried to return to MTN Bedfordview and Boksburg (30 minute wait until attended to) but they could not refund as they were franchise stores.
Eventually got to MTN Greenstone to return the modem, a 45 minute wait to be told that the modem could not be returned without the SIM, after at least 10 minutes of explaining to Benedict that no SIM was supplied and a call to Dimitri, Benedict then said we had missed the 7 day return policy, the modem was purchased on the 10th.
Surely then the last day to return is on the 17th.

I still have the modem and am out of pocket by R350.00, this is such sad service from one of SA's leading brands.
