I was trying to so a sim swop, my ord what a hassle. I fins the questions formatted are very silly and easily forgetable. Lost my phone over a month ago, how am I supposed to remember the price plan? It was the very forst time I hear that word by the way and how much airtime I had? How many sms bundles I last purchased? Really? How can I remember all that? The security questons are stupid, are there no better questions that one could be asked. Not all of us have a super memory or are forever checking our airtime balance, when I lost my phone it was unexpected, did not know I have to check my balance or my price plan. Highly annoyed. I'm always for vodacom and have 3 phones on the network, not tpo sure if it will remain like that fpr any longer.
