I have had an issue where a geeko 3g modem was purchased for a client. The modem was faulty and returned to esquire. I had to purchase another modem to get the client up and running as the first one would be sent for repairs. The second geeko modem is also faulty. I had then purchased a 3g modem from vodacom as my client was getting frustrated. I now have spent R680.00 in modems that dont work and i do not need.
The modem was booked in on 16/05/2013
The second modem is still in my possession and I have informed Esquire about this
I have been told the modem was at Esquire to collect on 21/05/2013, that the modem was ready for collection, I arrived there and it was not, I was promised by Thesan that it would be here on the Tuesday 28/05/2013.
I phoned in on Thursday 06/06/2013 and the modem once again is not there.
I am sick and tired of this and am demanding a full refund on these two items as i have now run at a loss because of faulty products, lack of service and.
The next issue is that Esquire charges a R150.00 reprint fee, This is illegal.
