Purchased cell c 3g modem, was told to return for credit if not happy within 7 days, which i did because it would not work on computer and the area i am in just has bad reception and cannot get signal. The staff completed wrong forms. its taken 40 days instead of 7 for credit and when i return to store find that they have a new modem for me and am told they cannot give credit, so i have to accept modem back, ''that just cant work for me''
