You sent me the wrong contract with my phone

See the difference? The RBM one gives you 500MB of data per month, the entire reason I wanted it.

So now I sit with about 40MB of data on my phone wondering what happened. Oh, and 65 free smses, which isn't even true to EITHER of those contracts.

The uselessness part comes in where I want to port my number. In store it costs R250 to do it, so they said I can just do the sms thing. "Your request to port has failed! Please RICA you Cell C SIM..." It is already RICA'd! So they give me some lame reason why I can't do the sms thing and I can only do it in store. Then I called 084PORT2US, only to be told that the department I need to deal with isn't working today and that I should call back on Monday?
