Credit Rating application mistake

Atter I received a call from Cell C that my IPhone 5 has finally arrived, I submitted all the required documentation to the store. Due to my petrol disbursement claim being paid out at a different date as the rest of my salary, the payslip and bank statement for salary did not add up, and as a Civil Engineer with 5 years experience, my application for a R 399 contract was declined. After 3 hours on the phone with 9 consultants, I was told to wait a month before I can re-apply. Needless to say, the phone is now available for the next customer on the waiting list, and I'm probably not even at the back of the que.

I did however receive a reference number (3011800766), of a department that might be able to call me back by Wednesday next week.

Do I really want to move from Vodacom to Cell C?
