In January this year, I decided to change my contract from Vodacom to Cell C in order to secure an IPhone 5 deal from Cell C. A lady at Cell C store, whose name has escaped me, promised me a maximum waiting time of 35 days for my new iPhone, she indicated at that time that I was number 50 on the waiting list. When I phoned last week to follow-up, a gentleman indicated that I was number 80 on the waiting list??? The lady who had promised me a months waiting time wasn't available. How is it that after more than month later, I have moved down 30 places??
At this moment I feel like I have been deliberately been to, in order to sign a deal with Cell C. Also Cell C have completely over promised in terms of what they are able to deliver on. I am still waiting for my Iphone with no feedback! I am a very disappointed customer, struggling with an old phone that is not working properly. I will not suggest to anyone to move to Cell C, thus far I have only been let down with very poor service and dishonesty...
