I am very disappointed with the service at Cell C, I filled in my contract, and provided Cell C Brooklyn with all documents required, on 14.01.2013 I have still not received my Iphone 5.
I believe that their was a shortage in stock, but the fact is I know two people that applied for their Iphone 5's from your competitors and received their phones in 24 hours.
I have contacted your store a number of times, and all they can say they didnt know when they will receive stock and that i am still sixth on the list! why advertise the phone if you have not serviced customers that have been waiting for almost two months.
Please get back to me with a date I will be receiving my Iphone 5 16G.
