I have 3 contracts that all use MTN as well as 1 prepaid. I have been struggling to get the coverage problem solved since 25/01/2013. Various calls made. Various e-mails sent. My son cannot do school projects because of the modem not working. I was told by an Altech Autopage employee that I need to purchase an aerial for R2000 to boost the signal. No one told me this when I took out the contract.
I am extremely disappointed that MTN just simply could not be bothered about my complaints.
