I have been without Internet for the past month. My internet stick needed a software upgrade, when i was unable to upgrade by myself at home i took my stick to cell c in grand parade, cape town station there i was advised that they cant do upgrades and i should do it by myself or leave it with them for 3 weeks. I decided to take it home and was still unsuccesful, I then went to Cape Town and arrived at the shop at 13:55 with the doors open on a saturday.
Then i was advised that the upgrade can be done tho will take 20min but Simone couldnt do it as her BUS was about to leave her so i was asked to return on Monday. I objected and said i will rather collect it on Monday and they should do the upgrade. The very same shop that said it would take weeks initially for the software to be done. I eventually returned on Wednesday to collect but the software upgrade had not been done and was advised to go elsewhere. My petrol and energy wasted!!
If you are not interested in assisting me and the public at large please return my funds for the money i paid for the stick.
